Spit balling here, or guessing, but it sounds like from knowledge. We gather things, observe, find what works and keep studying and working with X until its perfected.

Without science, brain surgeries wouldnt exist. I woulsnt be here today without science. Science is keeping me mentally sane, physiologically speaking. Science of the brain, mental science, sociology, biology, and other ologies. Its just observing and using natural resources for survival. Nothing more.

Doubt? I have seizures. So, if the first person who did brain surgery began by doubting god can cure me, so be. But Id think god or whomever gave him science for our needs for survival.

Its like asking "does the method that originated for curing cancer came from knowledge or doubt."

Why would we question or philosophise over the cure for cancer (science) rather than the knowledge of how to do it and succeed?

Where does doubt come in at?

We have always been curious, science is a formal way of evaluating the evidence and hopefully giving us answers that enhance our knowledge.

Just to be clear, “science” in this concept isn’t sentient, it isn’t a thing which “does things” itself. Science here is a broad concept encompassing a set of methods and procedures for studying and understanding things.

The starting point for scientific process can’t really be described as “knowledge” or “doubt” or could be seen as a bit of both. It generally starts with observation. Seeing a particular phenomenon, maybe something that appears to have some kind of pattern or structure. The process moves on to looking in more detail at that phenomena to try to understand the underlying causes for the apparent patterns and what factors influence them. Ultimately, that can lead to wider conclusions that we can then use in practical terms or to support further study.

Curiosity and wonder are the most likely initial motives for science. Method is the channel for those motives.
Does science (proper) prove these verities? Please
Why should science have a motive? It should be neutral for purpose/motive.Right? Please
Anybody, please

Does one mean here from "observation" evident verities that are found in nature? Please

In part, but it’s wider than that, literally anything we can notice, artificial or natural, directly or via some technical means or previous scientific conclusion.

The key point is that a scientific process can be started from pretty much anything.

What is their motive, please?

Well for those working on cancer research I image it's to find a cure, save lives, and advance medicen . Right?

In some fields it's likely pure curiosity that drives people. And really any number of possible motivations.

We are starting from the beginning:
"In the beginning ......". we cannot say that in the beginning everything happened automatically.
"Where did science take start from?" is not an invalid question. Is it? Please

Science is a label for things we've already been doing, for methodologies we've been continuing to improve upon. It's like asking 'When did culture start?'

One means they are honest, sincere, affectionate, merciful, loving people. They think optimistically that a cure for a fatal disease like cancer must be possible, and could be found out by them in nature.
Are these positive verities of nature?
We also see the opposite verities are also there.

It must have started at some time. I give one link here:

"Where Did Modern Human Culture Begin?"

Prehistory
We define culture as the collection of beliefs and behaviors that distinguish between one group and others.
