What’s that?
In Biblical point of view, we have physical level and spiritual level. Spiritual level is the higher state. Maybe it could be compared to actual reality and virtual reality. This "life" is like the Matrix, a virtual reality, and the real life where heaven is, is outside.

I believe that is an image not a phsical thing. I believe the physical Jesus is in Paradise. Heaven is in the center of the time cycle and not in time itself. Since we are in time we are not able to observe what is outside of time.

I think they say it's about 384,400 KM from the earth. It's a big physical building built by the Hand of God. There's real physical seats, and living creatures and the tree of life inside. Streets are made of transparent gold like glass, gates of pearl and the walls of the city were adorned with every kind of jewel. It could be the reason why God did the big bang, to interact with His Creation in a physical universe.
Other people have done the math on this already. It's that Father's House with the many rooms Jesus was talking about when He said He goes there to prepare a place for us. Some may have gotten the boot and created a vacancy when there was war in heaven, and the Devil was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. So it's big inside. There's enough space inside for every human ever born, and billions of angels. Our mansions, our rooms, will be large enough to have ceilings high enough to hold an atmosphere. I wonder if my cat is there yet?
Heaven is about 3.5 minutes away from earth when an angel travels in quick flight. When Gabriel arrived at Daniel's side in Chapter 9, he said: "At the beginning of your pleas for mercy a word went out, and I have come to tell it to you, for you are greatly loved. Therefore consider the word and understand the vision." Daniel's prayer takes about 3.5 minutes to read out loud. As soon as he began to pray, Gabriel was sent.
The Moon rang like a bell
Between 1972 and 1977, seismometers installed on the Moon by the Apollo missions recorded moonquakes. The Moon was described as "ringing like a bell" during some of those quakes, specifically the shallow ones.[16] This phrase was brought to popular attention in March 1970,[1] in an article in Popular Science.[17]
When Apollo 12 deliberately crashed the Ascent Stage of its Lunar Module onto the Moon's surface, it was claimed that the Moon rang like a bell for an hour, leading to arguments that it must be hollow like a bell.[1] Lunar seismology experiments since then have shown that the lunar body has shallow moonquakes that act differently from quakes on Earth, due to differences in texture, type and density of the planetary strata, but there is no evidence of any large empty space inside the body.[16]
Meantime the experiments we had left on the lunar surface were busy recording and transmitting data. They all worked well, with one exception, and were really producing useful data. One unexpected result came from the seismic experiment recording the impact of Intrepid on the surface after we had jettisoned it.
The entire Moon rang like a gong, vibrating and resonating for almost on hour after the impact. The best guess was that the Moon was composed of rubble a lot deeper below its surface than anybody had assumed. The internal structure, being fractured instead of a solid mass, could bounce the seismic energy from piece to piece for quite a while.

David Jay had a page on heaven, New Jerusalem, being cloaked inside the Moon.
Even at it's largest stated size in Revelation 21, New Jerusalem would tuck nicely inside the moon with all 8 of it's corners just 20 feet below the lunar surface.
When the Temple in Heaven is opened, and the Ark of His Covenant is revealed, I think we're going to see that Heaven was never really that far away.

No, hell is a bar in a pleasant town with water nearby because you need water to put out the fires of hell.

According to my beliefs, heaven is a state of the soul. Heaven is nearness to God and hell is distance from God, not geographical distance but distance in the heart, which is the seat of the emotions. I believe there are degrees of heaven and hell I would guess that Jesus is in the highest heaven.
The following 3 minute describe my beliefs about heaven and hell.
Outside of this level of existence.

According to the map of the heavens it is positioned over where the sheep are on the Eastern side.
The sheep of the right hand:
"And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left". Matthew.
According to the 12 Gate description in Ezekiel we can see Joseph is with Benjamin in the East. And since Joseph in the Bible is associated with sheep (flock) and Benjamin is associated with wolf it is therefore as Isaiah says, the wolf is with the lamb. East.
Which is like on the Northern side Reuben is with Judah. And since in the Bible Reuben is associated with cattle and Judah is associated with lion it is therefore as Isaiah says, the lion is with the calf. North.
Isaiah also says the leopard is with the kid goat.
This is simple to understand. Sheep are on the East side (right hand) and Goats are on the West side (left hand).
Which is why in the Bible it specifically says the goat comes from the west. And Asher which is a west gate is associated with oil, and both oil and goat are associated with wilderness. It is as the same shared position.
See their position alignment down in bold:
North- West - East
Cattle - Goat - Sheep
Lion - Leopard - Wolf
Bread - Oil - Wine
Desert - Wilderness - Mountain
Can also notice looking down the East position column why the Bible also refers to the mountain of the right hand and the wine of the right hand. Because the Wine and the Mountain are in the same place as the Sheep.
