Where would you like to live?

Somewhere in Spain....maybe Andalucia. But definitely Spain! Ever since visiting there a little over a year ago, my heart has been yearning to go back. It felt like 'home' to me....more than any other place I've been to. I am working on getting there! :D

Oh, and Ceridwen, I totally agree with you on having a big space of land where your horses can run! That would be my ultimate dream. Do you know of the famous horse photographer, Robert Vavra? He owns ( or did ) a horse ranch in Spain. Now, that would be my ideal life!!

Me too! Maybe we could call it RF Town and only RF members and families could live there!

Ahhh paradise.:D

OOooo, I love it! We could have a town hall, each of us would have our own store, or help run the (huge) town library, or a worship center of their choice (or non-worship center, too, of course!) *pictures a day in this happy town* Stop me before I break into song!

I would live the summer months on the island of Molokai in the Hawaiian Island chain. I'd move to Yellowstone National Park for the dead of winter (I LOVE the cold weather).
I'd own an apartment in Paris and one in San Francisco (the two prettiest cities in the world).
I'd have a chalet in the Swiss Alps - probably near the Matterhorn in Andermatt Switzerland.

Oh - and I'd shuttle between those abodes during the correct times of the year, with vacations in RF Town.

Anywhere I want, eh?

I think it would be cool to live on Titan (in a special suit, of course ;) ). The atmosphere would be so dense, and gravity so light, that by attaching large surfaces to each arm, you could fly. Imagine flying around, with Jupiter looming in the sky nearly 25 times larger than the Moon apears from Earth...how cool would that be. :)

I attended a catholic school where I remember collecting money for the 'black babies' (African children - PC was not our thing) and it always made a huge impact on me. Since then I've been determined to help in Africa.

My plan is now to finish studying (whenever I get tired of learning) and teach in Africa. I know a Namibian girl so I'm getting the background just now. I can almost feel the sun...

Instead of a sheriff and a jail we have moderators and a "naughty stool."

The "naughty stool" would also have a "DUNCE" cap. Revertting back to the old schoolhouse days.

Just kidding.

I'd like to go anywhere that i can get away from the friggin humidity in the summertime.

JS, I'll second you on that, but with one more criteria for me: I want it warm or hot :).

I can deal w/ the heat...just not humidity...that's the worst.

For me the worst is artificial cold, then natural cold, and then humidity. I hate it also...it's just not at the top of my list. My friends and family all swear I should move to the Sahara or something...but then it gets cold at night :).

I just found out I would love to live in Seattle, Washington and my new dream job would be to work at Something Weird Video.

Helloooooo! You would have to start your own business, we don't have that video store here. I think they are online only.:)

For 23 years I considered just that question while my husband drug us all over the world. I finally decided to just come back to my home turf...everywhere has it's downfalls. LOL...just can't be happy anywhere:tsk: . When we moved here I just felt it was where I belonged. Isn't that what counts? Feeling you can belong somewhere?:)
