Australia. Hands down best place to live. Though I may be a little biased Our beaches are amazing, And our people are pretty laid-back and friendly. There's a lot of opportunity here.
Otherwise I'd say Canada, I've heard good things about it.

For you, I'd suggest some place in North America. The Pacific Coast and the Pacific Northwest is a wonderful place to live and the best places in America, imo. It's the most liberal and progressive part and abounds in natural beauty. There is also a large and historic Asian community of various cultures on the West Coast of both America and Canada so you wouldn't feel too left out.
The clear choice is Revoltingestan!
