Which is The best country to move to/live in?

Canada seems to be a nice place. I heard that canadian people are very kind.
But it's too cold for me.

Well, i think that France is a nice place to live but i would like to move in the middle east. Maybe Dubaï, Lebanon or Syria (if it's free one day and safe)

I think that Italy and Spain are also great to live in but there's not a lot of work (idk about jobs in the middle east)
