There was a time when the entire earth was just filled with water, there was no land. And also there was a time when there was land that it was all tropical. Scientists even find tropical plants in Antártica. Also the Bible record tells us that the water canopy above the earth fell during the flood, this canopy served to moderate the global climate. If you really think about it, if we were just a tiny bit closer to the sun it would be too hot, or just a little bit further away it would be too cold, or if the sun itself were not just the right size itself, and distance from the earth, there are so many factors…if we didn’t have an atmosphere to protect ourselves from radiation from space, the list is endless, it is amazing that all the conditions come together to make life just right for human habitation And there is no doubt all the earth will return to its paradise-like conditions it once had in the future under Jesus kingdom government.

Here is a good video on the subject:

One reason why those of us who live in a more temperate climate - in the UK, so some might be laughing at that - tend to be grateful, is simply because we don't tend to suffer the extremes - as to temperature and also as to other weather affects. I have experienced a reasonable range of temperatures (on my travels), and mostly I would go for the colder version, given that one is so often reliant on technology to keep one cool, whereas putting on more clothes might not. And sleeping in a country where the air-conditioning is often inadequate is a sure recipe for no sleep. Wouldn't like either of the options given though.

I found UK climate to be extreme(ly) unpleasant.

You are probably spoilt by where you live then. The UK doesn't tend to get Hurricanes, Tornados, Typhoons, Earthquakes,, Volcanoes erupting, etc., so we probably can stand the downsides of all the rest - miserable rain much of the time or just changeable and not predictable. We also get a decent amount of daylight in the summer, as opposed to many places that cut off quite early. Not to mention the lack of dangerous creatures - apart from human ones.

There is a hypothesis that this was the case, so I accept that.

Yes, agree during the Paleo-Eocene Thermal Maximum

Also the Bible record tells us that the water canopy above the earth fell during the flood, this canopy served to moderate the global climate.

Now the bible is not a scientific book, there is absolutely no evidence for a "water canopy" or a global flood the canopy and the flood are both myths.
Was the hole in the ground designed for the puddle to fit in it, or was the puddle designed to fit the hole? Earth was not created to suit humans, humans have evolved from earlier version of man and other species to suit their surroundings. If the conditions had been different there could well have been different types of humans. (or maybe not).
btw I have really thought about it !!

Oh, here is a short video ...

If you had to choose between two places on Earth, one hottest and the other coldest, which one would you choose? Which place would you choose to live in, for the rest of your life?

Lets start with the hottest place on Earth. The Ethiopian Desert. Here the temperature rises to a maximum 60 degree celcius (140 degrees fahrenheit).
Not only its super hot, but there are tribal wars, poverty, famine, polluted water which leads to cramps and bloody diarrhea etc.

=============

Now the Coldest place on Earth.
A Russian city named Yakutsk in eastern Siberia, where the temperature drops to a minimum -71 degree celcius (-96 degrees fahrenheit). There you have to keep the engines of your cars and trucks running the whole night while it is being parked or else the fuel will turn into ice.
Its so cold, that you can't wear any metal objects on your body like watches or eyeglasses with metal frames. The metal will stick to your flesh in a matter of seconds. And If you try to pull it off, your flesh will come off with it.

Choose any one of these places. :)

I am always cold, and I hate it, so I will go with warmth.

Either are fine. As long as there is not capitalism in them, but people work together under these temperatures.

We have lots of miserable weather but we make up for it by not having the lethal variety so much. Hence why the weather is often such a topic of conversation - four seasons in one day and all that. :D It can be nice here occasionally - not this week though, given that we are having a period of storms and high winds every few days.
