Which Religion is For Me?

infinity in any mathematical term is a number that increments or decrements infinitely that is; to never stop, how is it we can put numbers to angles and lines and all of a sudden the world looks like the matrix? ask your imagination ;)

The matrix is the universe.

Which may or may not be infinite, but nature is however. :D The very representation of my philosophical belief.

oooooooooooooh forgot to say god only exists because of imagination ;).....where else would it exist? theres certainly no evidence for it in the physical realm

Sounds like something I said in my first post directed towards you :D

11 pages of potential 'bids' on a young soul hey, hmm, but seriously. get your hands on as many of the religious texts as you can be bothered with, read them, reflect on them and you will make a decision.
I'm on the bible this year. Proverbs has some amazing mind opening stuff in it for me.
Buddhism is interesting, done a bit of reading on that this year too.
Previous years have all been secular stuff, science, maths, culture all very much worthwhile places to add to ones knowledge.
Poetry is another fascinating place to find meaning or value. Try "if" by Rudyard Kipling, google it it's free, a great poem.
What I like about poetry is that they strip away the noise and just seek to present the concepts in an often minimalist view. The say much with little... which of course suits the deepest truth i know.
Silence is the beginning of wisdom.

Ha, the wise see the potential amongst poetry. I am glad you mentioned such a thing. And I agree with you 100%.

You should be willing to view all aspects of life to become what so others seek or believe that they are.

Writing is a good way to express, as I write all the time, though I only have a view albums, I have three notebookes full of poetry, stories, and personal philosophy. It is wise to keep a grimoir or two...

i believe the opposite, i believe the universe may be some form of the matrix, but that makes the matrix infinite and not nature, nature could die out easy, BAM a big asteroid and all life that we know off could be wiped out, or a disease that eats away at all life forms and starves after its eaten it all...all theoretical concepts ovcourse, but you can see my point?

Are you taking matrix (creation) in the same way I am? If so what created us, or the matrix of the universe is of course natural for nature is what is. I do see your point, but even if there was a disease that kills out life, there is still nature, for the disease is natural, the rocks are natural, the dust in space is natural.

Existence is natural as is death. Even if there was nothing natural, existence of darkness or nothing would still be and would still be natural.

A creator that creates is natural even if he creates what is 'natural' itself is still natural.

Hmm...what makes religion true? What makes it right? If a religion is false, how is it right?

Oh look, another hipocrite.

If you look in your soul, you'll find that what's true is right and what's false is only partially right. A good example of this is the bible passage 2 Kings 2:23-24.

Nah, prove the existence of a soul.

What is wrong, may be right to another, and what is right may be wrong to another.

What is true is false to another, and vice versa, I think you get the point.

There is no truth, there is only a false, for we do not know what we claim to know.

There is only what we create from the mind.

Nah... that's all wrong. Believe me, I'm right about this stuff. ;)

I think I may have proved that Satanists don't understand sarcasm...

But maybe it's just a Wisconsin thing.

Well to be honest, sarcasim is not one for the internet. I cannot read facial emotions or tone of voice, all I see is text. Sorry if I took it in the wrong way :D

No need to apologize...

I just thought the the "autographed picture of god" might have given it away. :angel2:
