Nah i dont but i think politics is actually idealism's aswell which makes them religions in there own right's, infact they have alot more impact on most of our day to day lives, things like foreign affairs are probably the biggest idealism about but we have alot of investment from government into science aswell such as space exploration and AI, this are idealisms that are real progression for humans today and these are funded by governments

You probably right and I am probably wrong. there are many who would probably disagree with me. I am probably bizarre too.

Secularisim is random and unpredictable just as this herndous hart bleeding dwarfing crime. Newly arrival from BBC NEWS | News Front Page. No matter how much you want to deny it. It is a fact the systems in place and in operation is Secular states from the east to the west.

Why do you need a label to adhere to? Why do you need a 'religion'? Surely what counts is what you feel about yourself, nature and the people you are close to? You don't need a label. I, for the purpose of filling in a box here, call myself an atheist pagan because I don't believe in deities, but know that my whole life (physical, mental, spiritual) depends on my relationship with the world around me. You said that you are "for sale". You're not. Just be who you want to be - label or not.

Basically I'm for sale, im 19 years old and you could say i have just come of age, i have self awareness and spirituality but am very conscious of the progression of religion on mankind (or progression of mankind on religion?), this is largely thanks to Dawking, but as many other scientists have subtlety put it over the many years. I have no doubt that a combined consciousness is in fact omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient (last is questionable but we together would at least have a very, very large finite library of knowledge) however this being said i am still very open minded of the existence of something far beyond our capabilities, so basically this is what is needed to buy me, if you can somehow explain in some greater terms what exactly your god is (relative to its respected religion) and how it sheds some light into what my consciousness and imagination actually is and why i even have these 2 properties, if your god lives up to my expectation of being able to explain better than i myself can (which obviously any omniscient being would have the ability to do (otherwise aren't we just philosophically idealising religion as a form of politics?)), then the chances are, i would have been converted, thanks guys (and gals)

P.S Buddhism already has the lead due to my personal philosophical overstanding of opposites and perception however ive heard nothing in particular of their views on consciousness and imagination (which is imperative to my current spirituality)

So you want "us" (the people of this forum who don't know you) to tell "you" (who could know you better than you?!?) which religion YOU should belong to? This is like an auction. SOLD, to the religion in the front that was best explained, so that you wouldn't have to do any work on researching religions on your own!@!@

I agree. What Coolkeg is saying is obviously deeply open and personal, but, reading some of the posts here, it seems to be a bit like an exploitative car insurance salesman - "I can get you the cheapest deal".
