Which religion offers the right path to God?

You have evidence that in his entire life he was never a part of the worship that he was raised in?

you are the one making a claim that he was an idol worshiper, so if you have any evidence that prooves you right, let me hear it otherwise, my statement stands.

My evidence is that the typical Arabian at that time was a polytheist. Also his incorporation of the chief of the Arabian pantheon, Allah, and the center of polytheistic worship, the stone in Mecca.
As he was 40 yrs old when he received his revelations, it would be perfectly evident that until that time, he was heavily influenced by the religions of his native land.

Do you posit that Mohammad believe in his youth that there was no god but Allah, and that he would eventually become his Prophet? But it took him 40 yrs. to publicly announce this?

Mr K.Venugopal and myself are having a discussion about which religion has the right path to God and what is it about that particular religion that makes it true or sets it appart from the rest. (i think thats what we are discussing )
I think the questions that need to be asked before all others are:

Do you believe that more than one God exists?

Which God is the God you are trying to find the path to?

Until you know your destination you cannot plan your journey.
