Well, we all do. About something.

While most of us love our kids, dogs, bubbling streams(etc, etc, etc), most of us are more(or less) taken by some issue/s or another. Perhaps we feel passionately about some political stance, religious teaching, or some other ideal. Maybe we get involved with our time, or maybe its just something that's on our minds a lot.

What issues do you find are the ones that have grabbed your heart and mind the most?

I really care about people in power having empathy for those who are not like them. Also applies to people not in formal positions of power, though. Evidently this makes me "woke".

Making the most I can on the spiritual path in the years I have left. My wife and dog. Doing my best to stay healthy.
Try using the biological/rational form of spirituality as your bench mark.

A.... children are your living process living into the next generation
b.. what you cause within existence by your actions are your responsibility

Mind further clarifying on 'social issues' and 'economy'? (If you'd rather not, that's okay, too.)

Social issues gets interesting. It seems to be a war between people who don't want things to change on one side, and people who want things to change but want to go about it the wrong ways on the other.

As for economy, I think people deserve the right to free healthcare, and I think Universal Basic Income should be set in motion in 2-3 years or less

What does this entail for you?
Now *that* question made me think.

Working on removing the personal impediments to being more loving. Working on being patient when dealing with tangles needing customer support to help. Thanking customer support people who deserve thanks. Showing my wife in little ways that I love her (not grumping when she needs some computer help and I'm in the middle of something for one thing). Trying to "approach life lightly" (in both meanings of the word "light").

I could go on but the basic idea is that all the little things of every day life is a field to practice - try, fail, try again, fail again but never stop trying.

I care about a few things mentioned above but do i care enough? Probably not anymore, I've grown more cynical though.

I'm concerned about @The Hammer and Ambers children an @Saint Frankenstein dog.

I care that my brother in law is locked up in a mental hospital for an unspecified period.

I care about my children and husband, my parents and close friends.

For me these will probably be - wealth disparity, nationalism (often tied to aggression), religious certainty and yet differences, discrimination (often from strongly held beliefs), attitudes to non-human life, and concern that the human species will simply not survive because of our collective stupidity (the individual's apparent needs over the many) - with these not in any particular order.

The nanny state, from you can’t smoke to you can’t use cash in some stores or restaurants, this is not good.

What’s worse than that is watching a tragedy play out in America where the $ rules and justice being served is less likely it will be if you have enough $$$,”nobody is above the law” lol.
