The clearer the liquor, the less apparent the hangover. It's the ketones (or whatever) in the colored spirits that give you the headache the next day.

I have experienced the worst hangover drinking sherry - a good Dry Sack. All liquors have that propensity for me.

I'm surprised that so few of us here at Religious Forums were out drinking New Year's Eve! Or could it be that those of us who were out drinking are still so hungover that they haven't posted yet? Where, for instance, is Mr. Spinkles? Could it be he's downing quarts of Gatorade and wishing he hadn't tried to show Ceridwen his lamp shade act? Hmmmm...

I went to a show, threw beer cans, fell on the floor, saw somebody's mom's boobs, watched in horror as several guys got naked [at the encouragement of the last band], woke up with random bruises and drank too much PBR.

I'm 15, so... no.

I drank water, soy milk, and juice on New Years.

My New Years "party" was with my friend, her little sister, mom and step-dad.

We set off fireworks in my friends yard that were three years old and barely worked. I got really scared when they told me to play with sparkalers, and two other teens were waving them right by my face.

I stayed up till 2 a.m. talking about varios things with the friend.

No hangover for me! Though I did drink a bit of Kool-aid with some vodka mixed in last night---just enough to give me a slight buzz. Everyone around me was getting wasted, though....

Since new years fell on a Shabbat i didn't go out so me and my friends had the "prolitariet" (sp) new year for the working man on jan 1. My gf, Rachel, got really really drunk so i stayed up with her to make sure she was ok:162:

I drank too many energy drinks ( I don't drink alcohol) because I wanted a buzz....I couldn't sleep, and I felt as if I were hung over the next day.
