Who Has Their Own Equivalent Of Mr Van?

I saw this story in the news....
Rolling Homes That Make an R.V. Look Palatial
.....& it reminded me of my mobile home-tool-crib-tractor, Mr Van.
Living in a small space with all the comforts one needs.

Who else has it?

I did it in 2009. For about 9 months.

...It was challenging, I spent my time rotating between O'Neil Regional Park and Doheny State beach campgrounds using tents, and a car.

Looking back, I remember the books I read, the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore, and the sound of crows early in the morning, landing in an out of the California Live Oak branches.

...Those times I'll never forget.

I am thinking about getting one of those octagonal unrolling tool carriers. Supposedly they antiquate Mr. Vans altogether if you put the right tools in them. Some of them you have to make yourself though, such as the ultra compressible lathe and mill which are very important for making gears. I'm also not sure how to fit my electron microsope and youtube studio in.

This is a great trailer for the long haul with great durability.
The Oliver is a double fiberglass hull.
No troublesome slide-outs.
As rain-proof as a trailer can get.
They're only about $80,000 for the bigger 2-axle model.

If I were to buy an RV trailer, it would be an ATC toyhauler.
Unlike other toyhaulers, the ATC has no wood. The framing
is all aluminum, so there's nothing to rot.

We owned a '74 VW van. Fun fun fun .... until wintertime in Canuckistan.
The bus is known for its underdimensioned heating. I had the pick-up (single cabin) and for that little space the heating was more than adequate.
