I think the real anti-Christ will be far worse than everyone you have listed put together and doubled. He will at first deceive everyone into thinking he is the savior, end all be all. Then he will show his true nature and wreak total havoc all over the world. His will will reign supreme until Jesus comes back and takes him down. Hard.

God must admire him to give him the whole world like that. Meaning, of the talents that he receives to win the hearts of so many people were given to him by God. He's just fulfilling his destiny!

It is because of the sin of the world and that the world prefers sin to God's will that God will give him the world. He is what the world wants, unfortunately, they will all give him absolute power peacefully.

In the end God will eliminate all evil and there will only be love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, humility and self control, the qualities God loves.

Well, if we go with the ridiculous notion that Vatican City is an actual country, then the Pope is the last dictator in Europe.

He's also called an antichrist in the Westminster Confession of Faith, a foundational document for many Protestant denominations:

VI. There is no other head of the Church but the Lord Jesus Christ.[13]Nor can the Pope of Rome, in any sense, be head thereof; but is that Antichrist, that man of sin, and son of perdition, that exalts himself, in the Church, against Christ and all that is called God.[14]

But since Pope Francis has never led an army into battle and never used his troops against his "country's" people, and since all of the people under his dictatorship submit to it voluntarily and are free to leave it, I'd say he's much more benign than the other dictators you listed.

So there we have it: by the criteria you gave, Pope Francis is my favourite antichrist.
