It's a game that is bought through steam I would assume. Also, I don't think you need a console to play them.

You can also download Epic then you can get free games each week, it's the same as Steam, you can also see which games are free this week if you scroll down the page a bit and what games are going to be free next. By free I mean that you buy them for 0$ so you own them as you would any other game.

The difference is that games on Steam that are free are designed to be like that, which can be done for various reasons, but most likely because they have in-game stuff you have to buy. Whereas those you get on Epic are "actual" games, they are just older games, but they can be very good games.

Any of them you want. Keep in mind that none of them are going to be masterpieces by any means, so don't worry about "wasting" any of the keys; they still level up your steam profile.
