Who will Hillary pick for Vice President?

To me, a presidential candidate's VP pick is the most important presidential choice made prior to getting elected.
I would switch from Clinton to another candidate if she picked someone I would not want to be president and other candidates chose better VPs. But I don't know who is seriously in the running for the likely President's VP.

Has she said?
Who would you prefer?
What would make a good VP pick for whoever you would like to see win the election? Why?

Trump is looking like the Republican nominee. Who would make the best VP choice for him?

Trump can really hit home on the anti-establishment base by picking Cruz as VP, though there is a bit of bad blood over the whole Canadian birther issue. It would be a pretty dramatic combo though, and as an outsider looking in I want maximum drama, gimme!

Or immediately after winning the nomination we might see a sudden change in style as Trump becomes the uniter, picking an establishment type like Rubio or Christie. Trump is notoriously unpredictable though, who knows, maybe he'll call in one of his non-politician billionaire friends. Maybe Bill Gates will be VP ya never know.

Maybe Hillary will try to play the uniter and pick Bernie as her VP. If she did that my respect for her would increase, but I'm not putting my hopes up. Maybe Martin O'Malley finally gets a break. I'm really not that familiar with the Democrat camp, but I'd like to see Bernie as VP if Hillary did win, would be a nice gesture if highly unlikely (and fat chance of changing anything).

Who do you think he should pick?
Not a name necessarily. What sort of person would best suit your agenda for him?

Biden deserves to go down in the history books.

Bloomberg is too smart to work for a turd.

Since you asked the question I'm sure Hillary is looking at someone who has something in common with her ......David Petraeus

No one because Sanders will win the nomination. AT least that is what I hope. She will never pick Sanders for her VP run if she does win. The establishment wouldn't allow it.

But accurate. Let's face it, the last thing Hillary wants to do is blow it. It sucks when you think about her options, but by asking Monica to come on board they could gobble up the youth vote and complete swallow the chances of Bernie getting anywhere near the head of the group. It's just that easy.

Hillary will pick Biden.
Trump will pick Bloomberg.

Do you really think Biden would accept? He didn't even seem interested in running for president this time around. I don't think he would. I think it's going to be that one Castro guy everyone keeps floating around in Dem circles. If it's Bernie my gosh I have no idea. I'd love Warren myself. Now that would be great! She doesn't seem interested though.

With Trump I keep wanting to say Trump/ Cruz. If it's Cruz he will be with some established guy probably. I don't see him picking Trump. It definitely won't be Jeb either lmao.

You didn't even have to try with that one did you? It just wrote itself. :joycat:

They can really bring the boys out with that one.
