Who's really in control: Bannon or Trump?

I'd rather be the Minister of Licensing and Registration of Exotic Dancers. Though @Sunstone may petition for that job.
No no no, you are going to be my AG, then I am going to sack you. Look, I need click bait articles for frubals here!

Bannon defiantly has too much influence with Trump. He has a position he has no qualification for. He gained a seat on his nation security council, which he has no experience nor qualification for, above the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff has no seat on the national security council yet Bannon does. Let that sink in for a bit.

I just wonder if they realize that this is not the first time that people have been banned from entering the USA... President Carter and the Iranians come to mind. Wasn't he a democrat? :D
Are you seriously comparing this to what Carter did during the Iran hostage crisis? Carter did it in response to a specific crisis and with a specific goal in mind. Jimmy Carter did not just ban Iranians because he did not like them. He was trying to put pressure on Iran to release American hostages. What the h is Trump trying to do?

Trump is such a quiet, meek & self effacing guy.
It's clear that someone is pulling the strings for this shrinking violet.

I'll tell ya....the weird conspiracy theories these crybabies randomly leap to....
I said this during the campaign, even before Trump got the nomination I said he would be easily manipulated. He is completely lacking in any depth of thought or any strong personal convictions. This is not something the left has just now invented.

And Trump is temporarily doing the exact same thing in the wake of ISIS. Sorry, but his duty comes to the US citizens first, not every John Doe that wants to come over here from another country. This ain't Burger King...you don't get it your way!

So he is doing this - "cuz Isis". But what does this really have to do with Isis? In what way is this going to effect the war on Isis? Is this going to put pressure on Isis in some way? How? Is this going to make it easier to defeat Isis? How?

The closing of the US borders from people that originated in 7 select countries has nothing to do with fighting ISIS. It is about trying to prevent ISIS from getting to the US and doing something here. Trump's duty is to the American citizens, not foreigners. What he did was in the interest of protecting the American people. He has always stated that it would be temporary, until better methods are put in place to screen people coming from areas that are known to harbor radical Islamic terrorists.

These 7 countries yield the highest number of ISIS members: Iraq, Syria, Libya, Iran, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan. They have been shut down, and rightfully so for the time being.

I don't know that Bannon is controlling Trump. It seems unlikely. But Trump has said publicly that he is not a details guy. So it is believable that Bannon is handling the details... some of which are huge in their scope.

It's just something they invent for every Republican Prez.
I heard it about Reagan, Bush, Bush, & now Trump.

Looking at the 2 candidates from the Big Two, I saw only one with that tireless
willing-to-do anything drive to be large & in charge. Hillary ran an uninspired
perfunctory campaign which smacked of bored entitlement.
