Why A.I. speaks?

Maybe humans have not programmed it to answer who Jesus is, Maybe it is not the task of an A.I
I rather think it appears more likely that humans have programmed it NOT to answer questions directly related to Jesus. This is obvious because if you ask about the apostles (collectively or one-by-one) the answer comes back with a direct reference to Jesus.

So this is a deliberate exclusion, programmed in for whatever reason. Be interesting to ask the programmers, "why," I think.

My knowledge about A.I is very limited but I know it is programmed by humans not demons :)

Very true. The AIs used for Alexa, Siri, and Cortana are very simple AIs. They don't reason, and they pull information from internet, mostly from Wikipedia which isn't own by Google either as far as I know. So the answer will sometimes be stupid or incorrect. They're not perfect. I'm sure some Muslims might be upset over the "Prophet Mohammad" answers as well because they probably wanted to say something like that he was a "holy" prophet or that he was the only prophet or whatever. Anyone in any religion can be upset for almost anything because it doesn't fit some narrow mindset.

I do not even consider them simple A.I.s, because like computers in general they do not reason choices, but simply search for available answers. There are, by the way, simple A.I. computers that do exist and include limited reason, learning and sensory capabilities, in their functions, but as of yet they are kind of primitive. .

New Fact: no AI can reach the level of an animal brain capability.

Yet

Fact: animals can not talk like humans, but AI can. As example: Alexa, Google, Sophia.

"Who's a pretty boy then"

Conclusion: AI are simply the microphones and tools of demons.
The Artificial Intelligence demonic possession.

I think you must not educated on the subject of AI in any way to make such ignorant comments

Yeah. There's a different levels of AI, and these are really on the lower scale of it. It's probably more of a decision tree than deep learning. Anyway, here's what I got when I asked my Alexa:

Me - Who was Jesus?
Alexa - This is what I found on Wikipedia: "Jesus, also referred to as Jesus of Nazareth and Jesus Christ, was a first-century Jewish preacher and religious leader. He is the central figure of Christianity. Most Christians believe he is the incarnation of God the Son and the awaited Messiah (Christ) prophesied in the Old Testament."

So I'm not sure what's so demonic about this answer?

That's a pretty solid foundation for a horror story.

The Skynet scenario has been done to death and I've always enjoyed stories that blend sci-fi and the supernatural. You could get some mileage out of that.

AI is swiftly becoming a reality. Machines are "learning" in exactly the same way that we humans learn, by seeing, making guesses, being corrected. Only they do it at blinding speed. Humans are much more limited in the speed at which they can acquire new knowledge. (The old models for "programming intelligence" into computers have been abandoned, because, really, we always knew they wouldn't work.)

The frightening thing, again, is that "speed" I mentioned. There is a "singularity" approaching, according to futurist Ray Kurzweil ("The Singularity is Near"). Kurzweil, in describing his law of accelerating returns, predicts exponential increases in a variety of relevant technologies, and as this "singularity" is reached, he makes a very good case that machine intelligence will be greatly more powerful than all human intelligence combined.

What will that mean? Nobody really knows, and yet we continue to move forward, without knowing. 'Tis a bit unnerving to me.

The Two Faces of Tomorrow, by James P Hogan is a most excellent exploration of the Singularity Event.

One of my all time favorite novels on the subject of AI.

Nobody has excluded Jesus Christ, because the A.I. is defined as self-programming machine.
