Out of all the commandments i find that "Thou shale respect thy nabor" is not or never been followed... Why? people think of it in the wrong way. nabor to me (and i have opened me mind) is Everyone on planet Earth. but do people respect eachother. No there are people who think other people are messed up... and they group them together with the whole race aka Streo types... a good example of this is what my brother said(and i dont agree at all) "All women are *****es" just because the are alot of spoiled women here in america does not mean they are all the same around the world. i do not get At all way people cant accept others, like the Terriost thing a wile back. people labeled everyone from the area where the terroist were as Terriost... why do people not accept others as an equal? I dont know this answer but hope to find out one day...

Actually, my wife also thinks that most women are b****es. Hearing all the stories about how women treat each other, I can't blame her.

Most times, what we are "supposed to" do is different than what we actually do. The sooner we figure this out, the sooner we stop expecting perfection from anyone and the happier we will be.

Your post is dichotomistic. On the one hand, you wonder why we do not respect one another and then on the other hand you ask why we do not accept everyone as equal.
I think we should try our best to treat people fairly and justly, and yet at the same time we should recognize that not everyone is equal. None of us is superior to the other, but we're not equal. Equal implies that we are all the same, and we're not. We are different. We have similarities, but ultimately we are different from other people.
That being said, we should treat everyone with kindness (respect is a whole different ball-game). We should treat everyone with a sense of openness and a lack of pre-judgment, but we should never let our thirst for tolerance cloud what is so obviously the case. We are not all the same, and thus should not all be treated the same.

(i like making up words when i dont know what to use ^^) If you read i said that there are some people who think everyone is the same. i dont really judge anyone till i get to know who they are. sorry but i think you scaned my post to fast and read to deep between the lines i really dont know where you got this stuff... nah i dont think perfection obsession effects the world that much. the Seven sins are really bad -.- dam the mess up people a lot...Most times, what we are "supposed to" do is different than what we actually do.
