Selflessly here for you
Is it your own confusion and “ignorance” that is upsetting you or is it the “confusion” and “ignorance” you feel that you encounter in others? But I don't like them because they make me feel terrible.
If it is the latter, then see it as a sign of your need for a time-out from interaction (physical, digital) with others, but also with “information” in general. Sometimes when the whole world seems “idiotic”, distance from it is helpful. We all have a need to switch off at times and find space to reflect independently on whatever it is that we’ve come across so far. Distance and perspective help us recharge so that we can approach the “world” with refreshed energy and less disillusion.
If it is the former, then see it as your emotions asking you to learn more and expand your perspectives. That one is able to detect, experience and confront one’s own “ignorance” is actually a real strength that not all have. Make good use of it when you encounter it in yourself.
Humbly,
Hermit
