Why doesn't God kill unbelievers today?

The Bible and Koran both contain accounts of God killing unbelievers for idolatry, apostasy, and blasphemy. The Bible says God made the earth swallow up some Jews for doubting Moses.

Why does God not today do this- if indeed that god is never-changing?

Why doesn't God make the earth swallow up atheists and other unbelievers? Why doesn't God consume people with a glance?

Is it that God has changed? God has lost his power somewhere? Or this God- the god of monotheism, doesn't exist?

Maybe, but that only goes to help my initial premise that God is not doing today what the Bible claims- killing people for the words/actions right as they are done.

Yeah. This is why His opinions change quite frequently. It's like how Superman's powers vary with the time and authors. He went from jumping really high to being basically a god. All to keep the story going.

Yeah , believers treat unbelief as if it's total dishonesty, when it's the most honest logic out there.

Emotional attachment, and the pressure of soul judgment, and group indoctrination, coupled with the desire for eternal life , true love and justice make belief an honest delusion.

Like, I get that nonbelievers don't feel God's presence. At least their reaction is honest. What fascinates and irritates me is watching theists claim you need a book to learn of God because God can't talk to anyone in any way. I mean, if you aren't getting memos from God, why bother worshipping Him?

Unbelievers are killed constantly unfortunately not fast enough for my taste. A man In depoe Bay the other day climbed over the sea wall whoosh out to sea. He "didn't believe" it was unsafe. Or maybe he "believed" it was safe.. Or maybe he was agnostic and wanted proof. All three dead no matter how you pick so I I vote unbeliever dead. Heathen!!!
