You're not following. Being white myself, I'm used to hearing dog whistles and racist statements often. If people pay attention to words and talking points, the talking point of 'go back to your country' will almost always be coming from a racist person.
If I was chinese and heard this statement for the first time, I probably wouldn't think much of it.

Most of my people are German and have been there quite a bit over the years and visited other places in Europe. I was sponsored back in 1991 on a study of the Holocaust in Poland and Israel, plus I've spent a great deal of time studying the rise of the NAZI's in Germany, especially delving into their propaganda machine that was so effective, and this is what I see happening here today in the country I love. It was done in incremental steps by the NAZI's, and so many of the tactics they used in Germany in the 1930's is now being used by our president today, namely a "divide and conquer" approach, attacking the free press, using bigotry against certain "not true Germans [Americans in our case]", and blaming anyone who got in their way as essentially as being those who were willing to sell out the "Motherland".

They wanted the military to be on their side, purged those who were not willing to give them blind loyalty, and they catered to the business leaders by promising jobs and increased production, much of that for the military. Their speeches were bombastic, loaded with we/they hyperbole and also military showmanship. Hitler often talked for three hours straight with his bombastic speeches, starting out slowing in a soft voice but then finishing his speeches with mush gusto and arm waving, finishing off to giving praise to God that he personally didn't believe in but that which pandered well to the cheering crowds. There was a cot kept for him backstage as he often was so exhausted at the end.

We're play a fool's game if we don't begin to realize just how dangerous Trump is, including the fact that most of the congressional Republicans are unwilling to stand up to him. Even though they won't say as such, they well know that to be on the wrong side of Trump is very dangerous, at least politically.

And, btw, do not trust Trump to voluntarily leave office if he were to lose in 2020 as he personally could have a lot to lose.

The "almost always" bit is going to be very much
a localized thing. In HK "go home" is for other

A bit out of date but-As of 2008, less than 2 percent of the population is directly employed in agriculture. In 2012, there were 3.2 millionfarmers, ranchers and other agricultural managers and an estimated 757,900 agricultural workers were legally employed in the US.

Elsewhere we find...70% of farm workers are immigrants

and...An analysis by the Pew Research Center estimates that roughly 10.5 million immigrants in the United States were here illegally in 2017.
