Incorrect.
Yup, I stand corrected.
Fell victim of fake news
They will back and would seek retribution
They are planning in the dark and seeking funding

I'm sure if they were not primarily Muslim immigrants, you would not be making this post. Don't worry - the next time some loser white guy with an AR-15 mows down a bunch of innocent people or a lunatic jihadist kills a bunch of white people, we'll have forgotten about this. Give it a month or so.Its all over the news. People are freaking out. People are calling this the worst atrocity in modern history. Unbelievable over dramatization. Sure its tragic and I wish it didn't happen, but on the other hand nobody seems to care about the tens of thousands who die every day from preventable diseases, murders., car accidents, etc. GoFundMe campaigns are receiving thousands in donations while there are charities who would put the money to much better use.
Meanwhile nobody cares about the numerous Muslims and Christians who are murdered and tortured in Africa all the time.So what's with the hysteria and seemingly randomly placed empathy. I don't see empathy for all the other equally valuable people who die all the time and are instantly forgotten about. its seems entirely political. The left knew they could milk this situation to their benefit since it was a white alt right male murdering a bunch of Muslims in a mosque. Its political pandering and virtue signaling and its a disgrace.
INB4 all of the moral outrage over this post. Seriously before commenting in all caps about how I have no empathy, etc try to remember that I at least have just as much empathy for every other person who is forgotten about. At least i'm not a political tool who is being manipulated.

4 Christian Villages were wiped out in Africa and it hardly made the news. So why is Christchurch more news worthy than the almost 2000 who have been killed by the 453 Islamic terrorist attacks in 2019 alone?
I mean Shiites and Sunnis blow up each other's mosques all the time and nobody cares. This is just political pandering and virtue signaling--nothing else. Its disgraceful that the news is using this as a political tool. This just become news worthy because its a white alt right psychopath who they can use to advance their own political agendas.
People care, they're just not organized. Atrocities like this, especially now with media help, tend to focus outrage. Sometimes a movement follows and good happens. Sometimes not. We'll see.nobody seems to care about the tens of thousands who die every day from preventable diseases, murders., car accidents, etc.
They want us all to be at each other's throats; so they probably did this to anger Muslims. You always know the agendas being pushed by what the MSM focuses on the most and pushes the hardest. Your governments are doing false flag attacks on you and then blaming this or that group for it. Same with 9-11! Like Muslim terrorists care about doing things by numerology! No, only numerologist magicians care about the numbers. So now you know who the real terrorists are.Its all over the news. People are freaking out. "Sheeple" a new coin for me. Cool!sheeple

Only sheeple will deny that the world is controlled by numerologist magicians without researching it; to see if it's true.
"Sheeple" a new coin for me. Cool!
(Standing in the corner facing wall.)It has been around for years. Like, get with the program already!
Nope.Um, this is one of those sarcastical parodies, yah?
Nope.
Yeah cool term right? But I can't take credit.(Standing in the corner facing wall.)
Massacres are rare in many countries, New Zealand being one.
Desensitivity to violence reduces the closer to one's own situation something is.
If you like, you can compare every tragic situation to something worse and say 'Meh'.
For me, I lived in New Zealand, and choose not to.
It's neither random, nor hysterical, nor political pandering. It's human.
Sue me.

So you're confusing the significance and impact of a single, high-body count instance of violence (the 8th largest in history, according to a previous post) with the overall gun homicide rate of an entire country.Ok but you're forgetting the nearly 40,000 who died due to gun violence in the united states in 2018. Where is the moral outrage about that? Not nearly as much as the 50 people in new Zealand. When I look at those numbers how can I possibly be deeply concerned with 50 people? You're right its not random, it was specifically selected to be the news cycle item of choice.
Nearly 40,000 People Died From Guns in U.S. Last Year, Highest in 50 Years
This argument is totally baseless. The Manchester Evening News Arena attack perpetrated by a Muslim terrorist stayed in the news cycle here for months. The attacks in Paris and London were similar. The idea that this particular event is being given "undue attention" because of media bias against rightwing extremism is entirely imagined.I would argue that had this been a Shiite Muslim who blew up a Sunni mosque in new zealand, it would have stayed in the news cycle for maybe a day at tops. People would have said that's tragic and moved on. Do you think the news didn't deliberately pick this particular attack? The inclusion of an alt right white psychopath was exactly what the left leaning media wanted. It certainly is hysterical and political pandering when compared to the thousands of other shootings that occur. Massacres are not rare in the United States.
Nobody said we "shouldn't care". They're simply pointing out the reasons why these types of things don't remain in the news cycle as much as things like the NZ shooting. They're not saying they "care less" about them, just that there are reasons why news outlets tend to focus more on them, and it's not because of a bias against right-wing extremists. Not specifically related to you, but also this idea/implication that lots of posters here are making that we shouldn't care about 3rd world atrocities as much is kind of ridiculous. Oh if it doesn't happen in the first world its irrelevant? I mean that is some unempathetic backwards logic. We should only care if its in the first world? I mean a fallacy of human nature should not be an argument for why we forget about 3rd world atrocities.

There is a ton of moral outrage about that. Do you not remember all those high school students organizing mass rallies about this very issue?Ok but you're forgetting the nearly 40,000 who died due to gun violence in the united states in 2018.
