I am really sure it's a minority as far as U.S. Muslims are concerned. Most of my unpleasant experiences with Muslims have been with Middle Eastern Muslims.

10% of the entire Muslim population (est. 1 billion) would be 100 million people. All of China's army comprises 8.7 million people.
