Where exactly is this consensual cannibalism being practiced? I've only read one example of it, and the man that cannibalized the other man was arrested and convicted of murder.

Lars heard 1 American making that argument online on numerous occasions, so he decided to come into a religious debate forum and start a topic based in a lie. He lies about it being popular amongst Americans when in fact, he heard it from 1 American. And because he heard it from 1 American, he lied that it's also popular amongst immigrant atheists living in America.

Bigots end up revealing their bigotry whenever they try to get attention to spread their hatred.

Well, Catholics, for instance, are de-facto cannibals. At least the ones who believe in the dogma of transubstantiation. Might sound offensive, but it is just an emotionless logical conclusion of said belief.
