Why Is No One Speaking About Overpopulation?

I don't know what you mean here. Obviously the media is run by people. It's corporations trying to sell you stuff.
The passive voice doesn't attribute an act to anyone, ie, it merely states
that something happened. Any country with a rising economy will live
more lavishly....they don't need our example or advocacy.

With the way we do things, we are rapidly making the Earth unlivable. I hear people running around and wringing their hands about Plastics, Carbon Footprints, Aquifer depletion, and so many things. Yet, most people do not change their ways. I fear, even living more frugally will not stop us running out of resources eventually. A couple of scientists have said we have perhaps 100 years to get off the planet.

Yet, it seems that no one talks of overpopulation. It seems that the poorest countries are the ones with the highest birth rates, while countries like America and others do not have enough new births to sustain their population. Honestly, I think perhaps that Trump's wall is actually about Birth Rates?

When President Clinton was in Office, he attended a conference in Rio De Janeiro, where it was decided that the practical limit on the population was around 2.3 Billion. We've far exceeded that now.

Even those who believe in NO GOD must realize that humanity is approaching an extinction level event?

Because it might offend Islam and that would not be PC.

They tend to be more concerned about it than those who believe the end of the Earth is a part of god's plan anyways.
In my experience, people will generally and typically resort to calling you an ******* who supports all sorts of wicked evils once you go beyond speaking of overpopulation and suggest means to address this. Such as, I do believe we should promote adoption, promote those who chose not to have kids instead of celebrating those that do, and we should promote people considering their genetic health before reproducing in order to not pass genetic defects on to children, work towards purging those defects from the human gene pool, and to help reduce the population. We should also encourage one child per couple for the foreseeable future.
And without even getting to enforcement or forcing people, those arguments tend to draw lots of knee jerk reactions that don't want to seriously consider the fact something has to be done, and any solution at this point will not affirm or confirm the idea people have the right to as many children as they want and we do need social pressure on reproduction if we are to avoid disaster from overpopulation.
