Why isnt Harris president right now? Biden is completely cooked in the brain. We have no real president.

Latest from the mindless puppet.

Is Harris afraid to take over , or will any early presidential run ruin her election chances if people really find out how she leads the country?

Clearly Biden is not running things.

I don't think it is that simple. Doesn't Biden have to resign?

If Trump were to win, just imagine the state he'll be in 4-years time.

Has Biden made claims about immigrants eating other people's pets?

Claimed that schools are giving children full sex change operations?

Is he talking about how he sent Harris to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2022 in an effort to prevent an invasion of Ukraine?

Is Biden claiming that "the Congo" emptied it's prisons by shipping all their criminals to the united States as immigrant?

There are legitimate reasons for concern about Biden continuing in office. However I don't think he will be removed. In theory Harris could try to remove him using Amendment XXV. I also think loyalty to Joe is not the impediment. Like most politicians power is her first and primary motivation. As was demonstrated by her willingness to go along with removing Biden as the nominee. Certainly she will not invoke Amendment XXV before the election. There is little to be gained doing that. After the election there are two probable outcomes, either she won or not. If she wins the election there is little to be gained by invoking Amendment XXV. She will be the de facto President immediately anyways, IMHO. On the other hand, should Trump win the election she might be tempted to invoke Amendment XXV. She would have little to lose and could indulge her hubris. However there are reasons against this. One is that the necessary votes in Congress are likely not there to sustain the attempt, assuming Biden resists the move. The other is that the optics would go against the Democrat "Plan B". They are setting up the narrative, as a backup, that Trump's administration will be "illegitimate" and "un-democratic". (Both would be lies, but there it is.) Invoking Amendment XXV would make that problematic. Therefore the behind the scene Democrat powers will not want Harris to invoke Amendment XXV.

Nope. It's just you going on about all that, and it has absolutely nothing to do with this topic.

I think it's because she's totally scared on how people will see how she will actually lead the country, so keeping in Biden would be in her own best interests because it will ruin her chances once people see how she actually is as a real president.

Well, there is a provision in the 25th Amendment.

Biden is not running for re-election.
So he will be out in January regardless.

How long will the "unfit" forced removal take?
Seems to me that with Biden being out in January anyway, there is really no need to go through all the red tape of a forceful removal.

Wouldn't that reason "go away" after the election?
