How can we be sure we are more sophisticated than other animals? Maybe we aren't sophisticated enough to understand and communicate with them.

Well, if you want logic and all that great stuff, I can't really give it to you. I know because of what I have learned from the scriptures and what my Church teaches. How will we know?
