Why so many threads on homosexuality?

I get the feeling that when people talk or think about gays, they mean the men.

Greeks were more into "younger" males if you get my hint. People keep thinking of regular homosexual relationships when the fact still stand that Greeks were heavily interested in a younger male audience.

I was trying to point out the difference to angellous_evangellous. :)

Another reason why homosexuality is such a popular topic in the U.S. is because many conservative Christians publish false, or misleading medical evidence about it, and some easily led, or easily deceived people believe it.

It has now become a political liability in many parts of the U.S. to oppose homosexuality, especially in blue, and swing states. The majority of Republicans now support same-sex marriage. During the next presidential election, I predict that homosexuality will be much less of an issue than it was in 2012.

In some countries, a person's sexual identity does not matter to hardly anyone. An example is Iceland, which has had an openly gay prime minister. When she ran for office, hardly anything was said about her sexual identity. Iceland is one of the friendliest countries in the world, and has one of the lowest homicide rates in the world.

It is interesting to note that Baptists have a higher divorce rate than atheists do, and that in Denmark, heterosexuals have a higher divorce rate than homosexuals do.
