Hi,
What does make me sure that your religion is the only right religion, meaning if I'm a Jewish or Christian, why should I convert to Islam and vice versa?
What are the evidences?
I'm new here in this sub-forum, so I'm not aware of the novelty of this topic, if it had been discussed before so please direct me to it.
Thanks.
Eihab,
There are so many reasons that the only religion God accepts is the only RIGHT one, it would be very difficult to list hem all here. But allow me to mention just a few. First, there IS only ONE faith that is acceptable to God, Eph 4:3-6.
First, consider John 4:22, which says that you worship what you do not know. This is what most people do. How many people do you know who do research in the Holy Scriptures, or even read the Bible regularly???
Consider John 4:23,24, which says that God is looking for ones to worship Him in spirit and truth, and that we must worship God in spirit and TRUTH. Have you done research on the doctrines of the churches. If you had you would have found that every one of the major doctrines of the major faiths are based on falsehood.
People want to belong to a church that is popular with the world, but is that the way Jesus and the apostles were regarded?? Notice what Jesus said, Matt 24:9, that his people would be hated by every nation on earth, John 15:18-20, Luke 6:22-26.
The Bible says that God's people would be called by His Name, Acts 15:14,17.
Just before Jesus went back to heaven he gave a command to make disciples of people of all the nations baptizing the and teaching them, Matt 28:19,20.
Consider John 10:11-14, where Jesus is talking about himself as the fine shephard. Jesus talks about the HIRED man not caring for the sheep. Which faith has millions of ministers who are NOT HIRED men, but actually spend billions of dollars of their own money to help people to understand God's word??
Which faith qualifies to fulfill Titus 2:14, which says that Jesus' followers would be PECULIARLY his own, zealous for fine works. The term pecular means to be different from other people even in the supposed same religion, Christianity.
