Will Creationism slowly fade away into oblivion?

While Creationism is usually little more than a stubborn refusal to acknowledge the findings of science, John Martin has a point; the word can be used, and arguably should, in a far more reasonable manner that in no way needs to deny scientific fact.

I agree, but generally, it's not my choice as to who uses what title before denying scientific fact. I'd be more than happy if Creationism referred to something less significantly dishonest.

Fade away completely? Probably not. It stands a good chance to drop down into the single digit percentages when it comes to how many people support the idea. It will take a long time and America probably won't see these kinds of numbers for many many years.
