I read through and did some research.
As several other people have said in a different way. Our prisons are too soft, to easy on criminals. They are not a good deterrent, They do not prevent repeat offenders and Everyone knows this so they have no problem putting some one in Jail for a minor offense.
Now lets look at China and Russia, how many repeat offenders do they have. How many childish claims do they get. How many people think yeah its OK to go to jail here.
