I'll try, but can't guarantee it.
An option to do something stupid actually came up immediately after this. I used my head and now it won't be done, instead I will have a lot of popcorn. Blessed be wisdom. As it says in Proverbs: "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding."

It works so well...each time I banged my head in the wall I made a stupid error just after it....so I used my head before something stupid...Why? Then you'll just hurt your head...

I ate too many doughnuts, and don't feel great.
I did use my head... my mouth, specifically.
My head gets me into trouble.

This reminds me of a scene in Sidekicks (1992) where the character Barry is practicing with his nunchaku and accidently hits himself on the head or ear with them. His instructor responded, 'It's called "using your head," Barry.' After quickly recovering, Barry gets back into action and then quite stupidly hits himself in the testicles with the nunchaku.
Before my father retired, he was a safety captain at the post office, and he had a t-shirt that had that phrase on the back of it: 'Think before you act.'
How many fries were too many for you?
How many doughnuts were too many for you? I would probably not feel great after eating three.
I ate two last night, and then a third for lunch. I didn't observe the lessons I learned from the night before.
