I dont get it. Does someone justify this type of execution?

The brain uses oxygen fast, and circulation ceases instantly, as does blood pressure. A few ounces of stagnant blood couldn't effectively oxygenate the brain for long.
Few sensory nerves would be stimulated by a clean cut, and transmission time and conscious awareness of the insult would probably be slower than the loss of consciousness.
Then there's the psychic shock factor. Traumatic injuries often aren't felt of even noticed immediately, even when the subject remains fully conscious throughout the incident.

Almost sounds like you're supporting beheading by minimizing its effect upon the victim.

I wasn't clear in what I was saying. What I meant was that the West treats KSA like we would treat a moderate Muslim nation rather than a terrorist group i.e. not call them out for their barbarism which lends itself to the perception that we view them as moderates.
