I believe women should be able to go topless wherever men can, including at pools.

I feel that way about all nudity. Once it becomes commonplace to see nude people all the time, nudity itself will lose all sexual connotation. It will just be normal and natural. (Which it is anyway.)

The other developed nations pretty much see it that way. The US, as usual, is the anomaly. People do it in the US to shock or be rebellious, which is really messed up.

Nudists have known that for quite a while. There's nothing less sexy than total nudity, after you get over the initial shock reaction.
You can also see it in fashion. Women;s fashion reveals (or emphasises) one part of the body after another. When people get used to and stop reacting to one part they move on to another.

It was a gray area and not handled consistently at all public pools. Last year there were some lawsuits by women demanding equality.
I already don't like people.
Seeing more of them....ugh.
