Mister and Missus and Miss from the mouths of children when addressing adults. When exactly did respect become a thing of the past? When I was growing up I would have never thought to address my neighbors or other adults by their first names and family members had their titles attached. I don't even allow my children to call my best friend Brandy. She is Aunt Brandy to them. My brother is Uncle Chris. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but I always took it as a sign of respect.

Oh, and though not actually a real word...douchewaffle ;)
