I'd like to hear "healthful" more.
English is rapidly simplifying. Specific meanings are being homogenized into generalizations.

Same thing you do in every thread . . . corrupting its moral fiber and contributing to its delinquency.

You are anathema to righteous, right-thinking threads.

Hahaaa....missed this response.

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines that I'm not as skilled in verbiage as I am in movement, but I appreciate the compliments, sweetcheeks. :hugkiss:

Defenestration. I still don't understand why we have a verb that specifically refers to throwing something out of a window.

Also, more of a phrase really but I'd instantly like anybody who used "By Jove!" as an exclamation :D

In my world of toolmaking....
A mill makes things flat...a lathe make things round.

A file is hand tool to smooth the surface and remove tool marks.

So the hand tool...the file...is the 'illegitimate' means of making the material
geometrically correct.

It's stamped right on the file...mill (or lathe).... *******.

But no one ever says..... 'hand me that *******'....

trollop

There was a young trollop from Yap
whose habits gave her a bad rap.
But in her interstices
lurked a much worse disease
that's commonly known as the clap.
