Not acceptable to me but I wouldn't bug other people about their own kids.
In fairness, at your age, you probably need six different kinds of viagra and a few stripper-chickens just to remember everything still functions down there. If the kid was dressed in fishnet stockings and a black, leather miniskirt, I'd say I was opposed to the sexualization of girls her age. But I'm not sure the swimsuit in the OP amounts to sexualization. That is, it doesn't look sexy to me; it just looks like a swimsuit.

OK, I'm curious.

Well there's this place I go to, something-factory, where you can see everything.Bare breasts, thighs, all the good stuff. They'll even take your favorite and cut her into manageable pieces for you to take home & enjoy later!OK, I'm curious.

Personally I've been one to wonder why little prepubescent girls even need to wear tops in situations that boys don't wear them. Granted I believe that women should be able to go topless anyway, but even more strange when it's a little girl being told her skin is somehow "inappropriate". Why I was pissed off not too long ago when I found out my 7y/o was told spaghetti string tank tops weren't allowed at school. The only rule in the dress code that could possibly apply was the "showing inappropriate amounts of skin". How are a little girls shoulders inappropriate? Likewise, how is her belly?
