Bahá'ís proclaim the unity of religions, but everyone goes there with his method of spiritual development.
They have no technique.
True we don't have specific meditation techniques but we don't claim one technique is better than another ... People are free to practice whatever style of meditation works for them.
Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the religion, never specified any particular form of meditation, and thus each person is free to choose their own form.
