I have to admit that I strongly dislike this new format. The older one was straightforward and simple to use. One problem I have with the new one is bracketing a section to set in quotes, which was easy under the old format but I don't know how to do it under this one so I have to write it () for each.

Ok not a video but left click and high light a section of a post. Then a thing will pop up and in grey that says "quote" and "reply" click quote. Do this again and aagin. For the last section click reply then on the bottom left of reply to that pops up will be a button that says insert quotes. You will then be shown all the highleted sections you quoted. under you can click "quote these messages" and it will add that content. You can also remove any section from this screen as well.

Let me know if this is of more use.

That looks useful.
What if I'm importing a quote from an outside source?
For that I type in.....
[ q u o t e ] [ / q u o t e ]
Is there an easier way?

This is easy! Try it.
It is.
Apparently not? But you could copy and past the code from a large quote and the coy and paste the pieces out.
hmm?
I didn't understand any of that.
But no matter....typing in the quote stuff is easy.
