What is your favorite food? What could you literally eat every day and never imagine yourself getting tired of?

My Achilles heel when it comes to food is tacos. Be they beef, chicken, steak, or fish, hard shell or soft, authentic Mexican restaurant style, homemade, or fast food, I love them. I even love taco salads and taco pizza.

TACOS  I could eat tacos or any taco related food any and every day.

Vegetarian stuffed crust pizza.
Rally's fries.
Sweet and sour chicken spring rolls and crab ragoon.
White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.
Baja fish tacos.
Grilled chicken and bacon ranch salad.
Chicken or lamb souvlaki.
Nougat bits.

If I had all of those in a hat and had to draw just one, I'd be happy eating any of those things once a day, every day for the rest of my life. Well, maybe my heart or waistline might beg to differ. ;)

Parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigian).

Nrrrr..

Haven't had it in nearly 8 months.

A close runner-up: enchiladas.

I don´t think there is any I wouldn´t get bored of.

I mean, there is cheese because I eat it every day, but those are very different cheeses in very different presentations. It´s more of my staple than my "favorite"

What I LOVE to eat since I am a vegetarian is Veggy pizza. I like to vary even there though, when I ate more of it (like weekly or more than once a week) I had pizza from different places and different ingredients.

Actually, this reminds me of something I am planning for november´s last Staruday... I called a couple of friends also doing diet and we agreed on having a "Fat day" on that date :D . all day we will eat like there is no tomorrow. I´ve been very strict with my diet (most of all with the "no sugars" policy) so I am REALLY looking forward for this.

So far I have this on my list of food for fat day:

Bunches and bunches of donuts. "rosquillas" (like crunchy bread rings) French fries. McFlurries, Veggy pizza, Churrin Churron, visiting a place of variety of chocolates that I´ve been meaning to visit for a while.

I plan on having the worst sugar hangover ever :D (and probably fast most of the next day  )

This thread is making me hungry!

I could prolly eat legumes (of various types, in various ways) every day, too.

Pizza, hands down is my 'every day' favorite. Easy to make, and such a wide variety of toppings to choose from. You could literally put anything you fancy on it. My 'last meal favorite' however, would probably be a piece of cow :p

It finally dawned on me a couple days ago that I could probably have taco pizza without having to order a personal one now. The hubby isn't big on them so for quite a long time, whenever I wanted one, I would order pizza for him and the kids and a little personal taco pizza for myself. My son loves tacos about as much as I do now. I'm betting he would eat taco pizza as he's apparently gotten over his "cheese pizza only" phase recently. Yay me! I can order taco pizza for him and me, and Daddy and little girl can have a pizza of their choice. :jiggy:

Oh, I just polished off a cinnamon graham cracker and it just hit me what I haven't made in a while that I should make...Snickerdoodles! I make yummy soft Snickerdoodles.

Can't brain. Has dumb.
I really like a cheese sandwich. Simply satisfying.

Lasagne is welcome any day of the week.

A decent piece of melt-in-your-mouth steak is a rare luxury

But nothing beats one of my mum's creations. Centimetre sized fried meatballs with teensy bits of onion and spices in em. Mushrooms fried in butter with onions and garlic, made into a roux with cream cheese, with the added meatballs, served on rice. Simple, yet amazingly good. It's my comfort food. I don't know how she does it so perfectly, but I can't even begin to approach my mum's. Whenever I visit, it's the one request I have.

On a can't-be-bothered-cooking night, I'll go down the road to the fish n chip shop and get myself a scoop of chips and a battered fish.
