Sometimes seen god-like, other times not. But still:
Samantabhadra

Ksitigarbha, Avalokiteshvara, and Vairocana - I have a REALLY good Korean postcard which I can't find anywhere, lol. If I found a painting of it I'd love it - except for his little 'tache. :D
Some lesser known entities:

Mazu
goddess of the sea in Shenist [Folk Taoist] beliefs

I like the look of Purba Drugse Chempa, Shinje, Sipe Gyalmo, Vernayina, Gekho, Ngampa and Yeshe Walmo - but I don't know much about them. However, they do look damn awesome.

Also Waheguru, but he is without iconography.

I tend to like Tibetan, Nepali, and Indian iconography most of all. :D

So, if you didn't read, summary of my most favourite ones are:

Durga, Shiva, Waheguru, Kali, Mazu and Ksitigarbha.

Invisible Puffle
Bast, because I've always liked cats.

Guan Yin, because I think compassion is lacking in the world and so a deity of compassion is much needed.

Cthulhu, because when the stars are right I'd rather be eaten sooner than later.
