it's the opening of a documentary of the Shakers of Sabbathday lake, Maine. in it, you can hear sister Mildred Barker singing a Shaker hymn and demonstating some of the steps and gestures that accompany the hymn.

the words are few, but they give you an idea of some key Shaker values- shunning the world, morality, chastity, and the blessedness of Mother (Anne).
