They have a 'Speed Boost' that kicks in during downloads, but I can't confirm or deny those speeds.

2Mb broadband (DSL), but about to go to 4 or 8Mb. In the UK it is now generally cheaper to have broadband than it is to use dial-up.

Wow! I just ran xexon's test @ work, and got 2.38Mpbs. Depending on time of day and load on the network, the speed here fluctuates from 1Mpbs to over 27Mbps.
