An elitist gang of criminals has been paying the Democratic Party to use Ukraine as cannon fodders against Russia.

It seems to me that the authorization has more to do with it being an answer to the escalation on the side of Russians to add North Korean troops to the front lines. An answer was going to come. Such could not be left without answer.
