Have you ever been astral projecting and have a ghost follow you home?

I dont know how to astral project, so I can't say that I have.

Although I sometimes wonder if people who saw figures in their room during sleep paralysis, were astral- projecting without knowing it, and saw themselves getting ready to reconnect with their body? What do you think @Frank Goad

No. Ghosts are either afraid or just highly concerned about me. It's why they're quiet when I'm near by. They recognize me for what I am as I steadily join the Gods. A boss, really. :smilingimp:

Ghosts don’t follow people but things more sinister will.

If it happens (it’s happened to me) they can’t do it without your permission so simply saying go away should suffice.

However if you’ve invited one into your presence and it shows up you have a serious problem.

You’re likely stuck with it unless you get a pro to help you or it moves on.
