I dont know how to astral project, so I can't say that I have.
Although I sometimes wonder if people who saw figures in their room during sleep paralysis, were astral- projecting without knowing it, and saw themselves getting ready to reconnect with their body? What do you think @Frank Goad

I agree.
My husband thought a spirit entity followed him home, but he wasn't astral projecting.

What's your boss theme?No. Ghosts are either afraid or just highly concerned about me. It's why they're quiet when I'm near by. They recognize me for what I am as I steadily join the Gods. A boss, really.
