One example is the war on Iraq which was based on lies, do you want them to judge themselves?
They should be held responsible for the death of many American soldiers and many Iraqi civilians,
they admitted it was by a mistake, but can we kill by a mistake and then get free, everyone should
be responsible for his decisions specially if it may kills many innocent people.

Maybe and just maybe that Trump will success and ask them to pay for the death of the many innocent
soldiers and the many civilians based on fake evidences, human's life for them was cheap against their
interests and not talking about the American people's interests but their own interests.

Here is the problem. A mistake is not criminal. Proving it was more than a mistake is damn near impossible. You would have to prove they knew our intelligence was faulty. I have no doubt Bush was clueless on the subject. Cheney... I don't put much past him. He is a smart man who knew exactly how to manipulate the situation and smart enough to not leave evidence.

Another great side of the debate and Trump’s dominance of the issues, was that Kathy Shelton, the 12-year-old rape victim whose rapist was defended by Hillary Clinton and who Hillary laughed at, deserves and finally is having the opportunity to have her story heard. Hillary Clinton has not been found to do any actual crimes. Having a vulnerable email server was found not to be criminal. Defending a 1975 criminal case is not a crime.

Same reason Trump doesn't go straight to prison for allegations of rape and sexual assault.

There is something called due process.

The allegation from Mr. Trump that she deleted emails after a subpoena is categorically false. Just more false and misleading rhetoric to get the Trumpeters going.

The double jeopardy prohibition doesn't apply charges for which she's never been prosecuted, eg, security violations.

Clinton’s foreign policy spokesman Jesse Lehrich just made another Clinton campaign blunder and tweeted Hey RealDonald Trump "go f--- yourself" when Trump had just hit another home run saying Captain Khan would be alive if only he was President (very true!) ... I demand that the Hillary campaign immediately apologize for this crude language coming from her campaign.

My comment: It's a campaign promise (akin to free tuition) that the candidate doesn't fully intend on following through on, or if they do, they will go through some motions, and put on an act of how they tried, but it just couldn't be done.

The intention is to rile up the base, especially as some of that base may have recently thought the campaign and fight of the candidate were nearly over.

There is no guessing involved in @A Greased Scotsman observations about Trump. Trump has demonstrated all of them quite recently.
So his prediction about Trump's performance in office isn't really a guess either.

As the Rev stated. Hillary was not brought to trial, thus a finding of guilty or not guilty was not determined. Thus all it takes is the DOJ to issue a subpoena and have all pertinent data brought before a grand jury who would then make the determination whether probable cause exist to prosecute her. All that happened was that the Director of the FBI did was to give her a "pass". IMO the FBI should have turned over all data to the DOJ and have them make the determination if Hillary should or should not be brought before a grand jury. But that was never going to happen because then it would be the Attorney General's call and that was not going to happen.
