  • Yeah, I still got a year and a half before I graduate...and then it's off to Grad school. :D
The sun here is always out and it's getting hotter with each day.
Likewise. :) My apologies that I've been lax in the Christianity DIR; I noticed earlier that I've let a couple of things there go by the wayside over the past few weeks. I intend to restart those very, very soon.
LOL I think forest fires are the least of people's worries up here when nature gives us a 'wee' break from grey skies, rain and flash flooding ;) It changes the mood of the whole country IMHO. Amazing that the Episcopal Church devotional had the idea of 'koan' in it. Yep, paradox is where it is at IMHO too.
Sorry to hear about the weather! We've actually had (for like the first time in recorded history) largely good, sunny weather up here in Scotland. So glad you enjoyed church. It was Trinity Sunday in the Catholic Church yesterday. Is it in the same in your church? Such an important feast. Someone on this forum said that the Trinity was the "koan" of the Christian Faith. I love that image! It is the great mystery of our faith.

Thanks. Funny thing, I had to study Buddhism before I could really understand what Christianity is all about.
