I go to the University of Southern California taking up my doctoral studies in Behavioral Neuropsychology. However my time in the program will get cut short since I am going back on active duty.

Yes, yes I did.
I know how to read and write. It's just typing by dictation is a lot faster for me. You try moving your head back and forth to prod keys: it's tiring.
Not yet, but I'm no longer "leaning". I know what I want, and have started going to services and talking with the rabbi. They're not official classes, but it's the best I can do for now.
When I finally convert I'll drop the "Jewish Conversion student" title.
