All animals slain in the Islamic way is kosher by the way, with only the addition of mentioning the name of God before doing it. Islam actually generally allows what's been slain by orthodox Jews and Christians.
And by the way, the Middle East is big. So many places here are peaceful. Where I live and UAE for example are peaceful and have so many non-Muslims and foreigners.
Saudi Arabia does not control the entrance of people by religion too and we had so many visitors from the States, that if I didn't know better, I'd say that some of them were Jews. I think they only don't allow Israeli nationals for security reasons, but not sure about it.
Don't worry, Al-Baik is kosher
. What might be a problem however is that the owner of Al-Baik is form a Palestinian descent. Dunno tho about his own thinking.
